We have an excellent opportunity for Care Assistants to join our new Care Team to be based in;

  • Rushden
  • Higham Ferrers
  • Irthlingborough
  • Wellingborough and the surrounding areas

 

We have opportunities of both full time and part time positions available. Working usual shift patterns of:

 

  • Morning 07am-14pm
  • Evenings 14pm-10pm
  • Alternate weekends

(Must have flexibility to work a minimum of at least x2 evening shifts per week for full time roles)

 

As a Home Care Worker, you’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Job Description:

  • Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping with the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
  • Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
  • Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
  • Supporting service users to access and be a part of the local community, including attending appointments, events and social activities where needed.
  • Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
  • Support with administering medication.
  • Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care.

 

Requirements:

  • Have a right to work within the UK.
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle is most ideal for this role, however, we do have some limited roles available for those without transport.
  • No previous experience is necessary, but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care.
